Parent & Family Engagement Plan
In support of strengthening student academic achievement, we have developed a parent-family engagement plan to engage parents and families in the education of their children and to build the capacity of Title I schools to implement parent-family engagement strategies and activities designed to achieve district student achievement goals.

We offer a range of programs, including special education, English language development, gifted education, and counseling services to support diverse student needs.

Safety is our top priority. We have secure campus entry points, regular emergency drills, and on-site staff trained in emergency response. Our visitor management system ensures that all guests are signed in and monitored.

Our elementary school day typically begins at 7:50 a.m. and ends at 2:20 p.m., with after-school programs available for families needing extended care. Breakfast is served in the school cafeteria from 7:15 to 7:45 am.

If your child is new to Glynn County Schools, please visit Central Registration at 5505 Altama Avenue in Brunswick, GA, to register. You will then proceed to Glyndale Elementary to complete the registration process.

Glyndale Elementary School will address social, emotional, and academic aspects of students’ lives through exploration, critical thinking, and grit. This will inspre students to serve, lead, and grow into productive and well-rounded citizens.

Welcome to Glyndale Elementary, where we are committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging educational environment for all students. As principal, it is my honor to lead a district that prioritizes academic excellence, innovation, and the overall well-being of every student.
At Glyndale Elementary, our dedicated team of educators and staff work collaboratively to create a community of learning that fosters student growth and teaches students to become independent thinkers. Teachers and staff set high standards of instruction, collaboration, and student engagement. We understand that every student is unique, and our goal is to provide personalized pathways that support each learner’s academic and personal growth.
As we embark on another school year, we are excited about the opportunities ahead. Our focus on academics, student accountability, and developing life-long learners reflects our commitment to preparing students for success in a rapidly changing world.
