Mr. Maurice Figueroa
Assistant Principal
I was born right here in the beautiful, Golden Isles! I am a proud graduate of Brunswick High School, Class of 2006! In 2012, I began my teaching career at Coastal Head Start teaching PreK. In 2014, I became a 2nd grade teacher in the Glynn County School System. Since then I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade. In 2015, I won the Paragon Award. In 2018, I was the Teacher of the Year for Burroughs-Molette Elementary School. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and traveling. I am thrilled to be part of the Glyndale team!
