Parent Involvement Coordinator
Hello Glyndale Family!
I am Alexis Potts, the new Parent Involvement Coordinator at Glyndale Elementary. I am so excited to be a part of such an awesome team. I am happy to serve our families in any way possible.
Our Family Resource Room is located in the front of the building near the main office. Please feel free to stop by during the hours of 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-2:30pm on Fridays. If you need an appointment outside of those hours, please feel free to reach out to me and we can set something up. We have many resources available to help your child learn at home, such as flash cards, puzzles, educational games, etc.
We have many volunteer opportunities throughout the school year. Research has shown, children with involved parents are more successful in school. There are many ways to get involved at school like volunteering, communicating with your child’s teacher, and attending school activities.
